NOVELTY - Preparing carbon nanotubes-oxidized graphene reinforced polymer based composite material comprises e.g. (i) dispersing oxidized graphene in water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) mixing carbon nanotube with step (i) obtained product, and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain carbon nanotube-graphene oxide dispersion, adding acid to adjust pH value, (iii) adding step (ii) obtained product to active monomer (oil phase), and dispersing ultrasonically to obtain carbon nanotube-graphene stabilized oil-in-water pickering system, then heating to initiate active monomer. USE - The method is useful in preparing carbon nanotubes-oxidized graphene reinforced polymer based composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing carbon nanotubes-oxidized graphene reinforced polymer based composite material comprises (i) dispersing oxidized graphene ultrasonically in water for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) mixing carbon nanotube with step (i) obtained product, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 1-2 hours to obtain carbon nanotube-graphene oxide dispersion, adding acid to adjust pH value of dispersion system to 2-6, (iii) adding step (ii) obtained product to active monomer (oil phase), and dispersing ultrasonically for 2-6 hours to obtain carbon nanotube-graphene stabilized oil-in-water pickering system, (iv) heating step (iii) obtained product for 0.5-8 hours and initiating active monomer for polymerization reaction, (v) separating step (iv) obtained product, drying, and molding to obtain final product.
