▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene coated-composite glass fiber preparing method involves putting glass fiber into sodium hydroxide solution with concentration of 2-13 mol/l, processing the glass fibers with ultrasonic waves for 20-60 minutes to obtain roughened glass fiber surface, impregnating the glass fiber in 1-5 mass% silane coupling agent KH570 solution, water or dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent for 5-20 minutes, stirring the mixture slowly, and drying the fibers. The dried fibers are coated with graphene solution by spray or hydrothermal method followed by drying coated fibers. USE - Method for preparing graphene coated-composite glass fiber that is utilized as thermally conductive filler. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene coated-composite glass fiber with enhanced thermal conductivity and mechanical strength compared to normal glass fiber and providing widely application as filler in market. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene coated-composite glass fiber preparing method involves putting glass fiber into sodium hydroxide solution with concentration of 2-13 mol/l, processing the glass fibers with ultrasonic waves for 20-60 minutes to obtain roughened glass fiber surface, impregnating the glass fiber in 1-5 mass% silane coupling agent KH570 solution, water or dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent for 5-20 minutes, stirring the mixture slowly, and drying the fibers. The dried fibers are coated with graphene solution by spray or hydrothermal method followed by drying coated fibers. The graphene solution comprises 0.3-1.2 mg/ml graphene, water, acetone and dimethyl sulfoxide.
