NOVELTY - Thermoplastic polyurethane alloy material comprises 50-70 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane particle, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. phosphazene-containing polyester and 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as thermoplastic polyurethane alloy material. ADVANTAGE - The alloy material has simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermoplastic polyurethane alloy material comprising (i) mixing carbon fiber with graphene and graphene oxide to obtain mixture, (ii) mixing mixture obtained in step (i) with thermoplastic polyurethane particles, phosphazene-containing polyester and antioxidant to obtain mixture, (iii) drying and mixing mixture obtained in step (ii) at 80-100 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, (iv) mixing product after mixing obtained in step (iii) at 140-180 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, and (v) mixing product after mixing obtained in step (iv) at 100-120 degrees C for 10-20 minutes and extruding to obtain thermoplastic polyurethane alloy material.
