▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Carbon material catalyst loaded with noble metal, where the catalyst has bamboo-shaped tubular morphology, a hollow structure, ID/IG value range of 1.13-1.20, specific surface area of 154.7-239.7 m2g-1, pore volume ranging from 0.619-1.671 cm3.g-1, and the pore diameter ranging from 2.38-3.51 nm, is claimed. USE - The catalyst is useful for catalytically hydrogenating p-nitroaromatics in methanol/ethanol/toluene reaction medium to prepare aromatic amines, and realizing highly selective catalytic conversion of various nitroaromatic substrates under mild reaction conditions (claimed), pesticide synthesis, medicine production, and fine chemical manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The method: solves the problems of organic modifier leaching in some catalytic systems, limited types of metal oxides, uncontrollable shell thickness, deterioration of activity due to accumulation of the second metal, and cumbersome preparation routes. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the carbon material catalyst loaded with noble metal, comprising (i) dispersing the carbon oxide material in the ethylene glycol aqueous solution, ultrasonically treating, dripping the noble metal salt aqueous solution with stirring, adjusting the pH with sodium hydroxide solution, condensing and refluxing, cooling to room temperature, filtering, washing the filter cake with first-grade water to neutrality, washing with ethanol, and drying to obtain noble metal/carbon oxide material, and (ii) purging the noble metal/carbon oxide material with reducing gas under vacuum conditions, heating to 200-800 degrees C at the heating rate of 3 degrees C/minute and keeping at a constant temperature for 3-5 hours, and naturally cooling to room temperature to obtain the catalyst.
