NOVELTY - An UV-curable graphene conductive ink comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 5-25 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 10-30 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 14-18 pts. wt. chlorinated rubber liquid, 18-22 pts. wt. benzophenone, 6-10 pts. wt. triethanolamine, 13-17 pts. wt. acrylic polyol, 10-50 pts. wt. methyl ethyl ketone, 0.6-1 pt. wt. polyethylene microcrystalline wax, 2-6 pts. wt. fumed silica and 20-40 pts. wt. graphene/polyaniline composite conductive powder. USE - UV-curable graphene conductive ink (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The UV-curable graphene conductive ink is economical and easy to use and has high ink abrasion resistance and strong adhesion force, and does not produce waste in the synthesis process.
