NOVELTY - Forming self-lubricating fiber fabric composite material comprises (i) dispersing two-dimensional layered functional filler into an organic solvent to obtain a first mixture, where functional filler includes 0.5-5 µm amino-modified graphene or 1-20 µm transition metal carbide, (ii) synthesizing thermosetting polymer composite material with a dynamic covalent exchange reaction and mixing first mixture to generate a polymer prepolymer solution, where the mass percentage of functional filler is 0.5-2% based on the mass of the polymer composite material; and (iii) impregnating polymer prepolymer solution into a many of layers of carbon fiber fabrics and curing and molding; and superposing the many of cured carbon fiber fabrics and attaching the carbon fiber fabrics to the surface of the mold for hot pressing for 10 seconds-120 minutes, where the temperature of the hot pressing treatment is higher than the temperature of the dynamic covalent bond exchange reaction of the polymer. USE - The method is useful for forming self-lubricating fiber fabric composite material. ADVANTAGE - The self-lubricating fiber fabric composite material has good repeated re-bonding ability and improved repeatable usability of the material.
