NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises crystalline flake graphite powder, sulfuric acid, sodium nitrate, potassium permanganate, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate, cobalt(II) hydroxide, molybdenum disulfide, urea and deionized water. USE - Graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material has improved electrochemical performance, specific capacity and super capacitor electrode. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a method for preparing graphene composite material, which involves mixing the graphite powder and concentrated sulfuric acid, adding sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate while stirring, stirring at a temperature of 5 to -5 degrees C for 3 hours to obtain a preliminary mixed liquid, heating the preliminary mixed liquid to 45-50 degrees C and diluting with deionized water to obtain a diluted mixture, adding hydrogen peroxide to the diluted mixture, filtering and washing with hydrochloric acid, followed by washing with deionized water and drying to obtain graphite oxide powder, dissolving the graphite oxide powder in deionized water and centrifuging at 3000-4000 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain a graphene suspension, dissolving cobalt(II) chloride hexahydrate in the graphene suspension and stirring for 15-25 minutes to obtain a second mixed liquid, adding cobalt(II) hydroxide, molybdenum disulfide, urea to the second mixed solution, and stirring for 15-25 minutes to obtain three mixed liquids, pouring the mixed liquids into a stainless steel reaction vessel under a pressure condition of 20-25 MPa, and the temperature condition is 25-35 degrees C to obtain a graphene composite mixture, filtering the graphene composite mixture, washing with deionized water and drying in a drying oven to obtain the finished product (2) a device.
