▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene composite polylactic acid degradable fiber, comprises (i) taking each raw material according to the proportion, (ii) mixing cellulose with second modifying agent, stirring under heating condition, cooling, centrifugally washing, dispersing the esterified cellulose in distilled water, cooling and drying to obtain cellulose powder, mixing with first modifying agent and second modifying agent for heating and removing impurities to obtain esterified modified cellulose powder, (iii) adding graphene powder and first modifying agent into deionized water, stirring, heating, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain modified graphene slurry, freezing and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide powder and sending into container for sealing, vacuumizing and filling and (iv) adding resultant powder and modified cellulose powder obtained in step (ii) and polylactic acid slice into the screw extruder to melt and mixing, spinning into bundles after being filtered by spinning box. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene composite polylactic acid degradable fiber. ADVANTAGE - The degradable fiber: has excellent antibacterial and cooling function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing a graphene composite polylactic acid degradable fiber, comprises (i) taking each raw material according to the proportion, (ii) mixing the cellulose with second modifying agent, stirring under heating condition, cooling, centrifugally washing, dispersing the esterified cellulose in distilled water, cooling and drying to obtain cellulose powder, mixing with first modifying agent and dropping second modifying agent for heating, generating emulsion polymerization, washing to remove impurities to obtain esterified modified cellulose powder, (iii) adding graphene powder and first modifying agent into deionized water, stirring, heating, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain modified graphene slurry, freezing and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide powder and sending the powder into container for sealing, vacuumizing and filling nitrogen and (iv) adding resultant powder and modified cellulose powder obtained in step (ii) and polylactic acid slice into the screw extruder to melt and mixing, spinning into bundles after being filtered by spinning box. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene composite polylactic acid degradable fiber prepared by the above preparation method.
