NOVELTY - Preparation of anticorrosive coating-surface coated graphene includes dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adding zinc powder and nickel powder, stirring, dropping ammonia aqueous solution, and adjusting pH; centrifuging, taking out lower layer precipitate, washing with deionized water, centrifuging, and oven-drying lower layer precipitate to obtain composite particles; and ultrasonically cleaning iron sheet with mixed anhydrous ethanol and pure acetone, washing with deionized water, soaking into concentrated sulfuric acid solution, washing with deionized water, and drying. USE - Method for preparation of anticorrosive coating-surface coated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can effectively prevent penetration of water vapor, oxygen and ion penetration, and greatly improves chemical corrosion properties of metals. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of anticorrosive coating-surface coated graphene comprises: (A) adding 1.5-2 g graphene oxide in deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing for 1.5-2 hours to obtain graphene oxide suspension; (B) adding 3-5 g zinc powder and 1-2 g nickel powder, stirring for 30-40 minutes, dropping 10 mol/L ammonia aqueous solution, stirring, and adjusting pH to 6-7; (C) centrifuging, taking out lower layer precipitate, repeatedly washing with deionized water, centrifuging, and oven-drying lower layer precipitate to 80-90 degrees C to obtain composite graphene oxide/zinc/nickel particles; (D) ultrasonically cleaning iron sheet with mixed anhydrous ethanol and pure acetone at volume ratio of 1:1 for 10-15 minutes, taking out, washing with deionized water, soaking into 90-95% concentrated sulfuric acid solution for 3-5 hours, taking out, washing with deionized water, and drying; and (E) putting composite graphene oxide/zinc/nickel particles and pretreated iron sheet into magnetic machine, magnetizing at low saturation magnetic site strength, covering surface with bisphenol A type epoxy anti-corrosion coating, and oven-drying to 80-90 degrees C.
