NOVELTY - A high-capacity three-dimensional graphene lithium thionyl chloride battery anode carrier preparing method involves uniformly distributing acetylene black and three-dimensional graphene powder in a mixer, adding pure water, absolute ethanol, PTFE emulsion and electrolytic copper powder to the mixer and stirring uniformly to obtain anode carrier material. The anode carrier material is extrusion-blasted into an ellipsoidal particle having a diameter of 2 mm in a shot blasting machine, and divided into two segments by a sectional heat treatment to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing high-capacity three-dimensional graphene lithium thionyl chloride battery anode carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing high-capacity three-dimensional graphene lithium thionyl chloride battery anode carrier with high capacity and high discharge capacity upto 1064.33 mAh.
