NOVELTY - The method involves breaking the graphite block to obtain graphite particles and acidifying the graphite particles. The potassium permanganate solution is added to the mixture of graphite and concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain graphite oxide, and graphite oxide is dried. The dried graphite oxide is added to the graphene pulverizing device. The graphene is filtered. The mounting block is mounted on the inner wall of the closed cylinder through the limit mechanism. A filter hole is positioned on the bottom plate of the extrusion barrel and is matched with the discharge port to collect the refined graphene. A suction hole is provided at the bottom of the side wall of the extrusion cylinder to suction residual impurities in the extrusion cylinder. USE - Graphene roll peeling method. ADVANTAGE - The fine particle graphene of the size is filtered in time, thus improves the production efficiency of graphene. The service life of the electric push rod is improved.
