▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - High barrier reduced graphene oxide supported silica/polyethylene terephthalate protective film comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin and 30 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate modified masterbatch. The PET modified masterbatch is uses in-situ growth method to grow silica on the surface of graphene oxide, then reduced with aluminum powder to obtain reduced graphene oxide supported silica, and combining with ethylene glycol to form reduced graphene oxide supported silica/ethylene glycol complex, and then in situ polymerization with terephthalic acid to obtain high barrier PET modified masterbatch. USE - The film is useful in packaging and food preservation fields. ADVANTAGE - The protective film: has excellent barrier performance; prevents entry of oxygen and water vapor in air, and avoids the need to protect the items from deterioration due to oxidation; and has more excellent substitute in the fields of packaging and food preservation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high barrier reduced graphene oxide supported silica/PET protective film, comprising mixing PET modified masterbatch and PET resin at high speed of 100:30, and drying at 120-150 degrees C for 4-6 hours, and then injection molding by injection machine at 245-255 degrees C.
