▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified graphene anti-UV additive agent, involves (a) using modified Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide, and ultrasonically dispersing the graphene oxide in 0.05-0.07 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, (b) adding the graphene oxide dispersion to the chitosan derivative aqueous solution to produce flocculant precipitation, and continuously reacting with stirring at room temperature for 2-3 hours, (c) adjusting pH value of the above mixed solution to 9-10 using 0.1-0.2 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, adding hydrazine hydrate, reacting at room temperature for 20-30 minutes, and stirring at 80 degrees C for at least 2 hours at uniform speed, and (d) using a 0.22 mu m pore size mixed cellulose ester filter membrane to filter the mixed liquid, washing the filter cake 3 times with deionized water, and drying the resulting filter cake at 50-60 degrees C for at least 36 hours to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene anti-UV additive agent used in anti-UV anti-aging fiber used for producing fire-fighting clothing and industrial thermal and flame-proof protective clothing. ADVANTAGE - The prepared fiber has excellent anti-UV, anti-aging and antistatic properties and excellent antibacterial properties, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance, and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a modified graphene anti-UV additive agent, which is prepared by the above-mentioned method; (2) use of the modified graphene anti-UV additive agent in anti-UV anti-aging fiber, involving using the modified graphene anti-UV additive agent, melt-blending melamine formaldehyde resin/caprolactam, and performing high-speed melt spinning to obtain the anti-UV and anti-aging fiber; (3) an anti-UV and anti-aging fiber comprising 0.01-0.5 pt. wt. modified graphene anti-UV additive agent, 1-10 pts. wt. deionized water, 100 pts. wt. caprolactam/melamine-formaldehyde resin and 0.8-2 pts. wt. additives; and (4) a processing method of anti-UV and anti-aging fiber, involving (i) adding the modified graphene anti-UV additive agent and deionized water into the blended melt of caprolactam/melamine formaldehyde resin, and stirring and mixing at a high speed of 300-500 rpm at 80 degrees C to form a dispersion, (ii) heating the above-mentioned dispersion in a polycondensation reactor at 240-270 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen, reacting at 0.3-1 MPa for 2-3 hours, reacting under vacuum for 4-5 hours to obtain a polymer melt, and water-cooling the polymer melt, and pelletizing, and (iii) uniformly dispersing the obtained masterbatch and additive agent, and high-speed melt spinning to obtain the anti-UV anti-aging fiber.
