▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A tin-cobalt alloy/graphene composite material is obtained by dispersing graphene oxide in methanol, ethanol, ethanediol or diethylene glycol through ultrasonication, preparing oxidized graphene suspension, and dissolving cobalt salt and tin salt in oxidized graphene suspension. The product is added with oxidized graphite alkene. The product is added with sodium borohydride solution. The product is cooled and added with sodium borohydride and cobalt salt followed by washing the product by ethanol and deionized water and drying the product under vacuum. USE - Tin-cobalt alloy/graphene composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A tin-cobalt alloy/graphene composite material is obtained by dispersing graphene oxide in methanol, ethanol, ethanediol or diethylene glycol through ultrasonication, preparing 1-3 mg/ml oxidized graphene suspension, and dissolving cobalt salt and tin salt in oxidized graphene suspension in the mol ratio of 1:0.66-1:3. The product is added with oxidized graphite alkene in the mass ratio of 60:1 to 30:1. The product is added with sodium borohydride solution having concentration of 1-2.5 M/l. The product is mixed with sodium alcohol solution and nitrogen bubbles for 10 minutes. The product is subjected to solvent heat treatment in a closed reaction kettle at low temperature 100-160 degrees C for 6-12 hours. The product is cooled to room temperature, and added with sodium borohydride and cobalt salt in the mol ratio of 6-13:1, followed by washing the product by ethanol and deionized water and drying the product under vacuum at 60 degrees C. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for preparing a tin-cobalt alloy/graphene composite material, which involves performing above-cited steps.
