▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing modified graphene reinforced polymer barrier material involves (i) adding modified polymer to organic solvent, and heating to melt to obtain a polymer mixture, (ii) using same organic solvent to disperse graphene to obtain a graphene dispersion, (iii) mixing the graphene dispersion with the polymer mixture at a melting temperature, quenching to polymer crystallization temperature, uniformly stirring, performing crystallization treatment, adding polymer substrate mixture and stirring to obtain a modified graphene-matrix mixture, and (iv) pouring the modified graphene-matrix mixture into an excess methanol solution for co-precipitation, filtering, washing, and drying to obtain the product, where the mass ratio of modified polymer and graphene is 1:8-4:1. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene reinforced polymer barrier material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of high permeability of the plastic lining in the existing hydrogen storage bottle, controls the crystallization of the polymer along the two-dimensional surface of the graphene, realizes the functionalization of the graphene by the polymer, promotes the dispersibility of the graphene in the polymer matrix, and improves the barrier performance of the polymer material.
