NOVELTY - Preparing graphene quantum dot, comprises taking graphite powder, carrying out ultra-low temperature pretreatment of graphite powder by immersing in liquid nitrogen, and carrying out ultrasonic chemical stripping to obtain unoxidized final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene quantum dot (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and easy operation step; has low preparation cost, can effectively preventing the graphene quantum dots from being oxidized by carrying out ultra-low temperature pretreatment through liquid nitrogen immersion, can realize large-scale graphene quantum dot preparation.
