▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing xerogel involves dispersing chitosan in acetic acid solution, where graphene quantum dot is mixed with chitosan solution for 5-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution. Sodium hydroxide solution is slowly dripped into mixed solution to adjust neutral pH. The obtained solution is filtered. The filtered material is washed with pure water. The washed material is freeze-dried and ground to obtain xerogel. The xerogel is stirred with sodium salicylate solution magnetically for 24 hours. The stirred xerogel is filtered, washed, freeze-dried and ground to obtain desired product. USE - Method for preparing xerogel used in fluorescence imaging and drug release system for mouse (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare xerogel that ensures simple preparation, mild reaction and slow in-vitro drug release property.
