NOVELTY - Plastic masterbatch comprises 50-60 pts. wt. polymethyl methacrylate, 25-32 pts. wt. ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, 10-14 pts. wt. vinyl acetate-methyl methacrylate block copolymer, 7-10 pts. wt. bismaleimide modified phenolic epoxy resin, 5-7 pts. wt. vinyl ester glass flake mortar, 6-8 pts. wt. porous insulation filler, 2.5-4 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 2.5-4 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet agent. USE - Plastic masterbatch for heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic color steel plate. ADVANTAGE - The plastic masterbatch has low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance, excellent salt spray resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, and soaked for more than 9536 hours without rust, blistering, or falling off, and low cost, further due to the presence of ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer has good compatibility with other components, and increase the fluidity of raw materials and enhance the binding force between plastic layer and color steel plate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) Method for preparing plastic masterbatch for heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic color steel plate, involves weighing polymethyl methacrylate, ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, vinyl acetate-methyl methacrylate block copolymer, bismaleimide modified phenolic epoxy resin, vinyl ester glass flake mortar, porous insulation filler, antioxidant, and anti-ultraviolet agent; and melting and mixing the polymethyl methacrylate, the ethylene-methyl methacrylate copolymer, vinyl acetate-methyl methacrylate block copolymer, bismaleimide modified phenolic epoxy resin, vinyl ester glass flake mortar, porous insulation filler, antioxidant, and anti-ultraviolet agent by twin-screw extruder, and then extruding and pelletizing, and cooling and obtaining plastic masterbatch for obtaining desored product; and (2) Heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic color steel plate, comprises color steel plate body and heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic plastic layer, where the heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic plastic layer is arranged on the surface of the color steel plate body, and the heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic plastic layer is made of the plastic masterbatch for heat-insulating and anticorrosive hot-melt acrylic color steel plate.
