▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-containing platinum (Pt)-lead-iron (PdFe) electrically loaded catalyst comprises graphene oxide as carrier loaded with PdFe through hydrothermal method, reducing Pt and graphene by dipping to obtain graphene nanosheets (GNs) load Pt-PdFe anode catalyst, in mass ratio of Pt and GNs of 4:100-21:100, lead and GNs of 6:100-15:100, and iron and GNs at 2:100-13:100. USE - Graphene-containing platinum (Pt)-lead-iron (PdFe) electrically loaded catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst is metal particle size small and uniformly distributed, and high catalytic activity and good stability of electrochemical oxidation of methanol, and has strong anti-carbon dioxide poisoning ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation of the catalyst comprising adding graphite (10 g) in concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium peroxydisulfate and phosphorus pentoxide, in mass ratio of graphite, potassium peroxydisulfate and phosphorus pentoxide at 2:1:1, at 80 degrees C, condensing and refluxing for 6 hours to obtain pre-oxidized graphite, adding pre-oxidized graphite (2-5 g), dispersing in concentrated sulfuric acid, adding sodium nitrate, adding in ice water bath, stirring vigorously with potassium permanganate (6-15 g) for 1.5 hours, reacting at 35 degrees C for 0.5 hour, adding graphite oxide and water in reaction liquid at 98 degrees C for 15 minutes, cooling reaction liquid, taking lower layer solution, washing until no bubble generated by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), washing by diluted hydrochloric acid until no sulfate (SO42-), washing to neutral by water, and depositing to obtain graphite oxide, ultrasonically dispersing until no particle in mol/l of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) solution to obtain graphene oxide carrier solution, in mass ratio of 1:16; and adding NaOH in graphene oxide carrier solution, adding glycerol, palladium chloride (PdCl2) and iron chloride (FeCl3) solution, magnetic force stirring at 150 degrees C, condensing, refluxing for 10 hours, cooling reaction liquid, washing and drying, and obtaining PdFe/GO; and putting PdFe/GO in glycol solution, adding platinum chloride and PdFe/GO in mass ratio of 10.5:100-47:100, condensing and refluxing for 24 hours, reducing temperature to 80 degrees C, adding sodium borohydride aqueous solution, continuously reacting for 4 hours, cooling reaction liquid, washing and drying to obtain catalyst.
