NOVELTY - Breath monitoring device based on quartz crystal, which is posted under the nose of monitored subject, comprises a quartz crystal oscillator provided with quartz crystal. An electrode is attached to the opposite surfaces of the quartz crystal. A air exposed graphene oxide layer is attached to part of the surface of one of the electrode. A control unit is based on the feedback signal. The control unit is at a preset time, turning on the wireless communication module and sending monitoring data. The monitoring data comprises the time points and the frequency drop values arranged in sequential manner, and receiving the response signal to the monitoring data. The wireless communication module is turn off. The control unit does not detect the current breath within the first predetermined time period after the time point of the previous breath. A wireless communication module is turned on to issue a warning signal of abnormal monitoring state, and sending excitation signal. USE - The breath monitoring device based on quartz crystal is useful for clinical treatment and home breath monitoring. ADVANTAGE - The device improves monitoring response speed of sensor, facilitates data collection and transmission and saves power consumption.
