NOVELTY - Reagent combination, comprises first reagent which is formed by coupling a first single-stranded DNA and a first protein antigen, the first single-stranded DNA containing a first DNA sequence and a second DNA sequence, where first epitope of the first protein antigen can specifically bind to the target antibody, the second reagent is formed by sequential coupling of the second protein antigen, the second single C-strand DNA and the acceptor fluorescent group, the second single-strand DNA has a third DNA sequence and a fourth DNA sequence, and the third a DNA sequence is complementary to second DNA sequence, the second epitope of the second protein antigen can specifically bind to the target antibody, the third reagent is formed by coupling a donor fluorescent group and a third single-stranded DNA, the third single-stranded DNA contains a fifth DNA sequence and a sixth DNA sequence. USE - The combination is useful for detecting target antibodies. ADVANTAGE - The combination ensures detection method is simple, has little background interference, high sensitivity and small measurement error.
