NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heat dissipation film, comprises (a) adding proper amount of graphite powder, dispersant and defoamer into ethanol successively, shearing and homogenizing to obtain graphite mixed solution, adding the obtained graphite mixed solution into proper amount of N-methylpyrrolidone, and ultrasonically stirring and mixing to obtain a graphite dispersion; (b) preparing a mixed dispersion liquid, and adding metal nanowires into N-methylpyrrolidone for dispersion to obtain a metal nanowire dispersion liquid, ultrasonically oscillating and mixing graphite dispersion liquid and metal nanowire dispersion liquid to obtain a mixed dispersion liquid; (c) adding liquid resin and film-forming agent into the mixed dispersion, and mixing uniformly to form a graphite slurry, coating graphite slurry on the graphite paper by doctor blade coating, curing, and heating the coating to carbonize to prepare a graphite conductive sheet. USE - Preparation method of graphene heat dissipation film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene radiating film that is capable of obtaining the graphene film product with uniform dispersion, reduces the presence of impurities, and reduces the number of stacked graphene, the proportion of 13C in the graphene, improves the content of 12C, and improves the thermal conductivity graphene the radiating films, closer to the heat-conducting effect of the single-layer graphene.
