▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material involves dispersing graphene to solvent (C) at 25-100 degrees C, stirring, obtaining graphene-dispersed solution (A) having concentration of 0.01-10 mg/L, separately dispersing carbon nanotube in solvent (D) at 25-100 degrees C, stirring, obtaining carbon nanotube-dispersed solution (B) having concentration of 0.01-10 mg/ml, mixing solution (A) and solution (B), obtaining mixed solution, reacting at 80-220 degrees C for 1-48 hours, cooling to room temperature and washing with solvent. USE - Preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material used for graphene-carbon nanotube composite thin film (claimed) for light-emitting diode and liquid crystal display. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently enables preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite material having high stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-carbon nanotube composite thin film, which involves using dispersing solvent, base material and graphene-carbon nanotube composite material.
