NOVELTY - Soundproof and anticorrosive coating comprises 5-10 pts. wt. silica aerogel, 10-15 pts. wt. hollow glass microbeads, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 2-5 pts. wt. nano-zirconium dioxide, and 40-45 pts. wt. epoxy resin. USE - The soundproof and anticorrosive coating is useful on metal and ceramic surfaces, and also useful in rail vehicles and marine vehicles (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating has remarkable sound insulation and anti-corrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation method of soundproof and anticorrosive coating, comprising (1) drying the hollow glass beads at 100-120℃ for 2-3 hours, diluting the silane coupling agent with a solvent to a concentration of 10-15%, stirring the hollow glass microbeads and diluted silane coupling agent for 40-60 minutes, rotating at 2000-2500 revolutions/minute, and drying at 100-120℃ for 2-3 hours to obtain mixture 1, (2) dispersing the graphene oxide by a ball mill, adding epoxy resin, mixture 1 and silica aerogel, nano-titanium dioxide and nano-zirconium dioxide into the epoxy resin, and continuously stirring the mixture for 20-40 minutes, where the rotating speed is 2000-2500 revolutions/minute to obtain mixture 2, (3) adding the antifoaming agent and dispersant into the mixture 2, continuously stirring for 5-10 minutes, rotating at speed of 2000-2500 revolutions/minute to obtain the mixture 3, (4) adding the curing agent into the solvent, stirring continuously for 5-10 minutes, where the rotating speed is 400-600 revolutions/minute to obtain mixture 4, and (5) adding mixture 4 to mixture 3, continuously stirring for 20-30 minutes, and rotating at 2000-2500 revolutions/minute to obtain coating.
