NOVELTY - Reflecting film comprises polyester, hollow resin particles, orientated carbon nano tube and graphene oxide, where the hollow resin particle has 3-5/ mu 2 distribution density in reflecting membrane, and the mass ratio of orientation carbon nano tube and graphene oxide is 30-50:1. USE - Used as reflecting film. ADVANTAGE - The reflecting film has excellent reflectivity and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the reflecting film, comprising (i) preparing composite particle crosslinking styrene master batch comprising the hollow resin particles, orientation carbon nano tube and graphene oxide, and (ii) mixing the master batch and polyester slice in a twin-screw extruder, casting on to a rotating cooling roller to obtain the amorphous casting plastic thick sheet, pre-heating the thick sheet at 80 degrees C with 5:1 ratio for longitudinal stretching, performing transverse stretching at a ratio of 4.5:1 at 120 degrees C, heating the biaxially oriented polyester film at 180 degrees C, cooling, and rolling to obtain the reflecting film.
