▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide-aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite involves (a) carrying out vacuum dehydration of polyether polyol (N220) and adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate and reacting to obtain prepolymer; (b) adding dihydroxy acid and reacting mixture and adding diluted solution of acetone and triethylamine to obtained mixture and stirring uniformly; and (c) performing emulsification of obtained mixture by adding graphene oxide solution, deionized water and ethylenediamine and drying mixture to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite (claimed) used in anticorrosion coatings, architectural coatings, and construction materials. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and cost-effective, hence suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene oxide-aqueous polyurethane nanocomposite involves (a) carrying out vacuum dehydration of polyether polyol (N220) having average molecular weight of 2000 and adding diphenylmethane diisocyanate to dehydrated material and reacting at 70-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain prepolymer; (b) adding dihydroxy acid into hydrophilic base to obtain mixture and reacting for 1-3 hours and cooling obtained material to 40-50 degrees C and adding diluted solution of acetone and triethylamine to the obtained mixture and stirring uniformly for 15-45 minutes; and (c) performing emulsification of obtained mixture for 2-3 hours by adding graphene oxide aqueous solution, deionized water and ethylenediamine and drying mixture at 70-100 degrees C to obtain product, where the molar ratio of diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polyether polyol (N220), dihydroxy acid, triethylamine and ethylenediamine is 2-4:1-2:0.6-0.8:0.6-0.8:0.5-0.6.
