NOVELTY - Graphene/nano ferrite aqueous electromagnetic shielding paint comprises 10-55 wt.% electromagnetic shielding filler, 30-70 wt.% aqueous film-forming resin, 10-30 wt.% pure water, 3-5 wt.% dispersing agent and 1-2 wt.% film-forming auxiliary agent. USE - Graphene/nano ferrite aqueous electromagnetic shielding paint. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/nano ferrite aqueous electromagnetic shielding paint has high electric conductivity, narrow frequency band, high shielding efficiency and wide range of applications. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene/nano ferrite aqueous electromagnetic shielding paint, which involves: (A) dissolving metal salt containing iron ion in water to obtain solution; (B) adding certain volume of graphene oxide and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 30 minutes by Hummers method; (C) adjusting pH to 11 by adding sodium hydroxide and then adding sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate; (D) transferring mixture to oven at 100-220 degrees C and allowing mixture to stand for 1-48 hours; (E) centrifuging mixture and washing to obtain graphene/ferrite composite electromagnetic shielding filler; (F) adding dispersing agent and pure water; (G) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene/nano ferrite dispersion; (H) adding film-forming resin and film-forming auxiliary agent in sand mill; and (I) dispersing mixture to obtain product.
