▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing amyloid-type protein/reduced graphene oxide composite coating, comprises (1) uniformly mixing the aqueous protein solution, graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 10-100 mmol/l tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride aqueous solution with pH of 3-10, and reacting obtained mixed solution at 25-40 degrees C to cause protein amyloid transformation; (2) adjusting the pH value of the suspension after reaction in step (1) to 2-3, reacting at 70-90 degrees C, and reducing graphene oxide; and (3) pouring the suspension obtained in step (2) into the mold with substrate on the bottom, completely evaporating solvent, forming an amyloid-type protein/reduced graphene oxide composite coating on the substrate surface, where the substrate is metal, inorganic material or polymer material. USE - The composite coating: useful in sensor (where the sensor is temperature sensor, humidity sensor, strain sensor or a pressure sensor) and actuator (actuator is thermally driven actuator or ultra-long distance optically driven actuator, the substrate of the composite coating is polymer material), (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, and environmentally-friendly; and does not uses toxic reagents and organic solvents. The composite coating: has good biocompatibility, excellent electrical conductivity and light-to-heat conversion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for amyloid-type protein/reduced graphene oxide composite coating is prepared by above mentioned method.
