▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a metallized surface comprises: (a) applying a formulation (patternedly or uniformly) comprising at least one metal powder as a component; (b) depositing a metal on the textile surface; and (c) applying a layer comprising carbon in the form of carbon black, carbon nanotubes or graphene. USE - The process is useful for producing a metallized textile surface, which is useful for producing: textile that converts current into heat; textile able to screen an electric field; textile-integrated electronic system; display means; roof liner of vehicles; textile able to generate current (claimed); heatable textiles (e.g. auto seats, carpets, wall coverings and apparel); and radio frequency identification textiles. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and provides metallized textile surface without the formation of hot spots even during the prolonged use or under mechanical stress. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the metallized surface obtainable the process; (2) a metallized sheet material comprising at least one: substrate; layer of a metal applied in a pattern; and layer containing carbon in the form of carbon black, carbon nanotubes or graphene; and (3) an aqueous printing formulation comprising graphene, at least one rheology modifier and at least one dispersant.
