NOVELTY - Self-controlling temperature heating plate comprises 20-40 pts. wt. polymethylsiloxane, 1-5 pts. wt. curing agent, 40-80 pts. wt. conductive filler, where conductive filler is metal particles, inorganic non-metal conductive particles and at least one of conductive composite particles. USE - Self-controlling temperature heating plate. ADVANTAGE - The self-controlling heating plate has advantages of high thermal efficiency, fast heating speed, safety and energy saving, makes temperature control more timely and accurate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing self-controlling temperature heating plate, which involves: (A) providing first preset weight portion of polymethylsiloxane, which is open-refined to obtain primary product; (B) adding second preset weight portion of conductive filler to primary product; (C) performing mixing, and banburying, and then adding curing agent to obtain mixed product; and (D) forming mixed product in film to obtain self-controlling temperature film, and then designing open loop circuit on self-controlling film to obtain self-controlling heating film.
