▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous organic epoxy zinc-rich coating comprises component (A) comprising aqueous epoxy graphene zinc powder paint comprising 15-35 pts. wt. E51-type epoxy resin, 0.3-2.0 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.05-1.0 pt. wt. defoamer, 0.2-1.0 pt. wt. leveling agent, 20-70 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 15-40 pts. wt. talc, 0.5-5 pts. wt. hydrated magnesium silicate, 5-15 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether, and component (B) comprising aqueous epoxy component comprising 70-90 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent and 10-25 pts. wt. deionized water. The aqueous epoxy curing agent is prepared by adding liquid epoxy Epon resin 828 (RTM: difunctional bisphenol A/epichlorohydrin) and triethylenetetramine to propylene glycol methyl ether, stirring at 60-70 degrees C and 500-800 rpm to form adduct, performing Mannich reaction by mixing 0.4 mol/L sodium lignosulfonate and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 5-8 minutes, adding adduct, stirring, adding formaldehyde and heating. USE - Aqueous organic epoxy zinc-rich coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent corrosion resistance, physical and mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and shielding properties due to use of graphene oxide, does not contain volatile organic compound, and is environmentally-friendly. The aqueous epoxy curing agent has excellent flexibility.
