▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves adding ferric trichloride solution into de-ionized water. The water is hydrolyzed to obtain ferric hydroxide colloidal solution. The ferric hydroxide colloidal solution is dropped to graphene oxide solution. Composite solution is filtered by a vacuum filter. A filter film is made to dry. A ferric hydroxide/graphene oxide film is obtained. The ferric hydroxide/graphene oxide film is arranged into a high-pressure reaction kettle and heated at high temperature. The ferric hydroxide/graphene oxide film is taken out and made to dry to obtain an iron oxide/graphene film. USE - Iron oxide/graphene film ultra capacitor electrode material manufacturing method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables performing simple manufacturing process and easy operation, improving environmental protection effect, specific capacitance and high rate performance and flexibility.
