NOVELTY - The capacitor has a sealing rubber membrane (1) provided with an outer side of a composite electrode (3) and an electrolyte (2). The composite electrode is provided with a collector electrode (5). A graphite layer (6) and a ruthenium layer (7) are composed of a graphene layer (6) that covers the collector electrode(5). The ruthenium layer is formed in an inner side surface of the electrolyte. Two ends of the electrolyte are provided with the sealing rubber membrane. Thickness of the sealing rubber membrane is 8-200 microns. USE - Composite electrode capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor reduces using amount of ruthenium and saves production cost.
