NOVELTY - Preparing a coating layer state controllable yttrium oxide nano-crystal coated graphene material involves (1) firstly the graphene material with different volume fractions is acid-washed to remove impurities, and a certain amount of hydrogen is adsorbed on the surface of the graphene ions or hydroxyl groups and then prepare a certain concentration of Y3+solution according to the degree of yttrium oxide coating required, preparing Y3+solution with a certain concentration, and graphene the material into the mixing uniformly to obtain the mixed solution, then heating and stirring the mixed solution, further accelerating precipitation phase precipitation and crystallization, and obtaining yttrium oxide nanocrystal coated of graphene powder material.
