▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Zinc oxide graphene composite quantum dots comprise zinc oxide quantum dots and graphene bonded via zinc-oxygen-carbon (Zn-O-C) bond. The quantum dots are present in invasive zinc atomic level, excited invasive zinc atomic level, zinc vacancy energy level and Zn-O-C energy level. The excited electrons are transferred to the zinc vacancy energy level from invasive zinc atomic level, excited invasive zinc atomic energy level or Zn-O-C energy level. USE - The quantum dots are useful in light emitting diode for emitting blue light (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The quantum dots are environmentally-friendly, achieve high intensity blue light emission regardless of excitation wavelength or applied voltage, and exclude hazardous substances e.g. cadmium selenide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for light emitting diode comprising zinc oxide graphene composite quantum dots as a light emitting layer.
