NOVELTY - Material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. graphene coated nano aluminum powder, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene fiber, 5-8 pts. wt. boron nitride nano sheet, 2-4 pts. wt. methacryloxypropyltriethoxysilane, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. trivinyltrimethylcyclotrisilazane, 1-2 pts. wt. vinyl hyper-branched polysiloxane and 0.06-0.08 pts. wt. initiator. USE - The material is useful for radiating module of notebook computer (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, light weight, high cost performance, and good molding processing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material, comprising (i) preparing organic solvent dispersion of dispersoids, mixing methacryloxypropyltriethoxysilane, trivinyltrimethylcyclotrisilazane, vinyl hyperbranched polysiloxane and initiator to obtain the dispersant; (ii) adding graphene-coated nano aluminum powder, graphene fibers, and boron nitride nano sheets into the organic solvent dispersion prepared through step (i), stirring evenly, centrifuging and collecting to obtain the initial product; and (iii) molding the preliminary product and curing by ultraviolet light.
