▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing plant cellulose modified adsorption material involves processing the magnetic fiber ultrasonically and the absorbent. The adsorbent is prepared by adding potassium persulfate, phosphorus pentoxide, concentrated sulfuric acid into the reaction kettle, heating and stirring, adding graphite, continuously stirring, cooling with de-ionized water to wash to neutral, and vacuum drying to obtain the pre-oxidized graphite. The pre-oxidized graphite is dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid, added potassium permanganate, reacted, added de-ionized water, left to stand and added hydrogen peroxide until the reaction liquid is bright yellow, used de-ionized water to wash to neutral, orderly used acetone and concentrated hydrochloric acid to wash, washing again to neutral and vacuum dried to obtain the graphene oxide. USE - Method for preparing plant cellulose modified adsorption material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare adsorbent which can form chelate with high stability with divalent or trivalent metal ion, so as to make the metal ion be granulated, and absorbing on the surface of itself, which removes the effect of heavy metal ion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing plant cellulose modified adsorption material involves processing the magnetic fiber ultrasonically and the absorbent. The pre-oxidized graphite is dissolved in concentrated sulfuric acid, added potassium permanganate, reacted, added de-ionized water, left to stand and added hydrogen peroxide until the reaction liquid is bright yellow, used de-ionized water to wash to neutral, orderly used acetone and concentrated hydrochloric acid to wash, washing again to neutral, vacuum dried to obtain the graphene oxide. The lignin is added into the sodium hydroxide solution, stirred, removed the precipitate and added hydrochloric acid solution, until the pH value of the reaction liquid is 2-3, filtered to remove the filtrate, washed the filter cake with de-ionized water until the pH value of the washing liquid is 7 to obtain alkali lignin. The alkali lignin is dissolved in the de-ionized water, added formaldehyde aqueous solution and 2-methyl -1, 3-propylene diamine, reacted, adjusted the pH value of the reaction liquid to 2-3 stirring to obtain the intermediate 1. The chitosan is dissolved in the acetic acid solution, stirred and dripped glutaric dialdehyde to prepare intermediate 2. The intermediate 2 and dimethyl sulfoxide are added into the reaction kettle, stirred and added 1-hydroxy benzotriazole, to react to obtain intermediate 3. The intermediate 3 and de-ionized water are added into the reaction kettle, refluxed and added potassium permanganate, to react to obtain intermediate 4. The graphene oxide is dispersed in de-ionized water. The ethylene diamine, 1-hydroxy benzotriazole and intermediate 4 are reacted to prepare the modified graphene, added ethylene glycol diethyl ether diamine tetraacetic acid and de-ionized water into the reaction kettle, adjusted the pH value to 5, stirred until the solution is clear, added 1 -(3-dimethylaminopropyl) - 3-ethyl-carbodiimidehydrochloride, continuously stirred and added modified graphene, after stirring, filtered to removethe filtrate and dried the filter cake to obtain the adsorbent.
