NOVELTY - A wear-resistant sealing material comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 60-80 pts. wt. filler, 4-6 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-4 pts. wt. silane-modified perfluoropolyether, 1.5-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, and 1-1.5 pts. wt. accelerator. The silane-modified perfluoropolyether is obtained by reacting a perfluoropolyether diol, Si69(RTM: bifunctional, sulfur-containing organosilane), and a catalyst in a fluorine-containing solvent. USE - Wear-resistant sealing piece material. Uses include but are not limited to national defense, chemical industry, petroleum, coal, basic components and accessories in industries such as transportation and mechanical manufacturing. ADVANTAGE - The wear-resistant sealing material has good wear resistance and low compression set. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the wear-resistant sealing material, which involves mixing the nitrile rubber, filler, vulcanizing agent, and accelerator, adding the modified graphene and silane-modified perfluoropolyether to continue mixing, and vulcanizing.
