▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nanoparticles involves using glass fiber reinforced foils made of thermally expanded graphite with different bulk densities as graphite strips. The glass fiber reinforced foil is passed through the potassium hydroxide electrolyte solution at a speed of 0.5-3.0 cm/hour. The potassium hydroxide electrolyte solution flows at a controllable speed in an electrolytic cell with an electric field strength of 2-30 V/cm. The electrolytic cell is divided into anode space and cathode space by membrane. The anode space is separated by a porous filter separator. The porous filter separator can pass the graphene nanoparticle suspension and retain the coarsely dispersed graphite suspension. USE - Electrochemical method for preparing graphene nanoparticles used in electronic product, super capacitor and battery, and manufacturing electrode material for functional composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the size interval of graphene nano particles by changing the method parameters and introduces additional structural elements, and expands the potential size numerical range of the graphene nanometre particles. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a diagram of a graphene nano-particle production device possibility scheme.
