NOVELTY - Welding tin paste comprises (i) mixing 10-15 wt. wt.% auxiliary solder paste with 85-90 wt. wt.% lead-free solder alloy powder, lead-free solder alloy powder comprises 5-10 wt.% zinc, 0.1-0.2 wt.% nano-titanium particles, 0.3-0.5 wt.% copper, 2-4 wt.% bismuth, 0.6-2.4 wt.% graphene and tin. The components of auxiliary solder paste comprises 35-45 wt.% adhesive film forming agent, 0.5-2 wt.% dibromoethyl benzene, 1-2 wt.% castor oil diethanolamide, 3-6wt.% triethanolamine and organic solvent. USE - Used as welding tin paste. ADVANTAGE - The welding tin paste has good binding intensity, and solves the problem of low temperature tin paste easily turning into black.
