▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Catalyst comprises a carrier and an active component supported on the carrier, where the carrier is a composite carrier comprising nano-carbon material and silicon carbide. USE - The catalyst is useful in preparing maleic anhydride by oxidation of benzene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can reduce the hot spot of the reaction, reduce the adverse effect of high temperature on the catalyst, makes the catalyst react at a lower reaction temperature, and reduce the sublimation of molybdenum, which is good for keeping the stability and service life of the catalyst. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing catalyst comprising (a) adding the compound containing active component to the reducing agent solution to obtain the active mother liquor; (b) preparing the carrier by using silicon carbide and nano-carbon material; (c) contacting the active mother liquor with the carrier, and drying to obtain a catalyst precursor, and (d) performing activation treatment to the catalyst precursor to obtain the catalyst for the oxidation of benzene to maleic anhydride.
