▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene is prepared by washing cobalt-nickel alloy substrate in ethanol solution with mass concentration of 75% for three times at 50-80 degrees C; putting cobalt-nickel alloy substrate in quartz furnace, and heating at 880-890 degrees C and at helium gas flow rate of 50 standard cubic centimeters per minute; keeping temperature at 880-890 degrees C to quartz furnace, and adding ethylbenzene; cooling quartz furnace to room temperature, and taking out the sample; and subjecting sample to ultrasonic treatment at power of 800 W for 60-90 minutes to obtain graphene. USE - Method for the preparation of graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene having large carrier mobility.
