▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene film welding method involves coating conductive adhesive on the surface of a graphene film, controlling the thickness between 5-100 mu m, attaching 1-5 mmx 1-5 mm square metal foil to a conductive adhesive, heat pressing at 30-60 degrees C, heat treating at 60-120 degrees C for 90-180 minutes to obtain graphite films with metal welding point, followed by preparing radio frequency microwave devices or circuits with graphene films with metal welding point and utilizing welding materials for welding. USE - Method for welding graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables welding graphene film with firm welding, in simple, convenient and easy manner.
