▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A heat-generating graphene glass comprises 100-200 pts. wt. conductive glass, 10-20 pts. wt. methane, 5-9 pts. wt. ultrafine alumina, 4-8 pts. wt. silane coupling agent and 1-2 pts. wt. UV absorber. The conductive glass is prepared by chemical vapor deposition process by reacting quartz glass as substrate and triisopropyl aluminate as reactant in chemical vapor deposition furnace reactor with nitrogen as carrier gas by bubbling, heating to 100-150 degrees C in oil bath, mixing with oxygen and water vapor as reaction catalyst in reactor and reacting for 1-2 hours to complete deposition, where temperature of the substrate is 300-650 degrees C and operating speed of substrate is 50-100 mm/second. USE - Heat-generating graphene glass used as glass tabletop on heating table (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene glass has excellent optical and electrical property, and heat-generating performance and is prepared by simple preparation process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heat-generating graphene glass, which involves using above raw materials, aqueous silane coupling agent solution and ethanol solution.
