NOVELTY - The method comprises preparing a bifunctional photocatalyst with magnetic response and light response, passing reducing tail gas into gas-solid photocatalytic reaction device equipped with dual-function photocatalyst and external magnetic field, generating highly active hole-electron pairs, oxidizing hydrogen cyanide, phosphine and hydrogen sulfide to undergo photocatalytic reaction to generate phosphide, nitrogen, water, sulfide or sulfur element, subjecting hydrogen cyanide, carbonyl sulfide and carbon disulfide in reducing tail gas to catalytic hydrolysis with water in reducing tail gas, converting into carbon monoxide, nitrogen, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, participating part of water generated during the photocatalytic reaction in catalytic hydrolysis reaction, oxidizing remaining part of water to hydroxide by holes under light conditions, and continuously participating in photocatalytic reaction with hydrogen sulfide generated during the catalytic hydrolysis reaction. USE - Method for purifying reducing exhaust gas by magnetic field-photocatalytic multi-effect coupling. ADVANTAGE - The method selectively purifies phosphorus, sulfur, and cyanogen in reducing tail gas by magnetic field-photo-catalysis multi-effect coupling by introducing the reducing tail gases into the photo-catalytic device with magnetic field, using the common action of photocatalysis and magnetic field. The method introduces the reducing tails gas into the magnetic field to inhibit the compound of photo-generated electron hole pair, increasing the presence time of free radical, inhibiting absorption and oxidation of carbon monoxide to improve the purifying performance of the pollutant, reducing the consumption of the active component, which is good for resource recycling of CO 3.
