▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-lanthanum titanium oxide (La2Ti2O7)/zinc-aluminum-zirconium corrosion resisting coating layer comprises an alloy corrosion resisting layer on surface of carbon fiber thermal insulating layer and a thermal insulating antiseptic layer on surface of the alloy antiseptic layer. The alloy antiseptic layer comprises (wt.%) aluminum powder (20-38), zinc powder (30-45) and zirconium powder (30-45). The thermal insulating antiseptic layer comprises (wt.%) graphene powder (55-72), La2Ti2O7 powder (25-40), film-forming agent (1-5) and mixture (1-5) of curing agent and dispersing agent. USE - A graphene-lanthanum titanium oxide (La2Ti2O7)/zinc-aluminum-zirconium corrosion resisting coating layer used for polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace. ADVANTAGE - The coating layer has high rigidity and corrosion resistance, thus extending the service life of the carbon fiber thermal insulating layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) heat resisting protective layer of polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace comprising a carbon fiber thermal insulating layer and a corrosion resisting antiseptic layer on the surface of the carbon fiber thermal insulating layer; and (2) producing the heat resisting protective layer comprising uniformly mixing the aluminum powder, the zinc powder and the zirconium powder, obtaining the co-cementation agent, embedding the carbon fiber thermal insulating layer in the co-cementation agent, heating to 300-500 degrees C, keeping warm for 2-5 hours, taking out, obtaining the carbon fiber thermal insulating layer whose surface is covered by alloy antiseptic layer; coating the mixture of the curing agent and the dispersing agent to the surface of the alloy antiseptic layer; mixing the graphene powder, the La2Ti2O7 powder and the film-forming agent, coating on the surfaces of the curing agent and the dispersing agent; heating the carbon fiber thermal insulating layer under vacuum state until the temperature reaches 70-85 degrees C, maintaining the temperature for 1.5-3 hours.
