NOVELTY - Preparation of procyanidin molecular imprinting sensor includes preparing graphene platinum modified solution, dropping to polished glassy carbon electrode, placing under infrared light, and evaporating solvent to obtain graphene platinum-modified glassy carbon electrode; and preparing procyanidin molecularly imprinted polymer, dispersing in animal gum solution to obtain procyanidin molecularly imprinted polymer solution, dropping to graphene platinum-modified glassy carbon electrode, placing under infrared light, and evaporating solvent. USE - Method for preparation of procyanidin molecular imprinting sensor used for proanthocyanidin detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor can be used repeatedly, and has high compatibility, selectivity and sensitivity, good specificity, and rapid detection function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of procyanidin molecular imprinting sensor comprises: (A) adding reactor with 90-94 wt.% deionized water, 1-3 wt.% chloroplatinic acid and 4-8 wt.% graphene oxide, and sonicating at room temperature for 15 minutes to obtain graphene platinum modified solution; (B) sequentially polishing glassy carbon electrode with 0.2 mu m and 0.01 mu m polishing powder, ultrasonically cleaning with secondary distilled water, drying, dropping 20-25 mu L graphene platinum modified solution, placing under infrared light, and evaporating solvent to obtain graphene platinum-modified glassy carbon electrode; (C) adding reactor with 56-66 wt.% deionized water, 6-10 wt.% hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 6-10 wt.% methyl succinic acid, 12-20 wt.% 1-propenyl-3-butylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate, 1-4 wt.% dimethyl azobisisobutyrate and 0.5-2 wt.% procyanidin, stirring to dissolve, purging with nitrogen gas for 15 minutes, reacting at 75 plus minus 2 degrees C while stirring for 6-8 degrees C under anaerobic atmosphere, soaking in methanol and acetic acid mixture at volume ratio of 10:1 for 12-15 hours, taking out template molecule, and drying to obtain procyanidin molecularly imprinted polymer; and (D) dispersing in 1 wt.% animal gum solution to obtain 25 g/L procyanidin molecularly imprinted polymer solution, taking 12-15 mL procyanidin molecularly imprinted polymer solution, dropping to graphene platinum-modified glassy carbon electrode, placing under infrared light, and evaporating solvent.
