NOVELTY - Preparing modified polypropylene differentiated fiber comprises mixing polypropylene slices with modified master batches, it is obtained through high-temperature melt blending and spinning, the modified master batch comprises modifying agent and polypropylene, and the modifying agent is multi-biphenyl modified porphyrin. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polypropylene differentiated fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method uses modified porphyrin ring as modifying agent, synchronously improves the antibacterial performance and antistatic performance of the polypropylene fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: modified polypropylene differentiated fiber prepared by above method; nonwoven fabric prepared by above method; and preparing nonwoven fabric comprising (1), preparing modified polypropylene differentiated fiber, (2) blending the polypropylene nanofiber and the viscose fiber to obtain a blended fiber, (3) opening and carding the blended fibers to form a fiber web, (4) performing spunlace pre-punching and pre-wetting on the fiber web, (5) performing full-dimensional hydroentanglement consolidation on the pre-wetted fiber web, and (6) to obtain nonwoven fabric after drying.
