▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A low shrinkage thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film is prepared using 60-80 pts. wt. TPU particles, 20-30 pts. wt. polypropylene, 2-8 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene material, 5-10 pts. wt. glass fiber and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Low shrinkage thermoplastic polyurethane film. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent shrinkage rate of less than 0.5%, flexibility, mechanical performance and processing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the film, which involves mixing glass fiber and graphene material, mixing with TPU particles, polypropylene and antioxidant, adding into double-screw extruder through a main feeding port, adding calcium carbonate through a side feeding port into the extruder, extruding, and molding.
