▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon-silver composite negative electrode, involves (i) mixing silicon-carbon material, conductive agent and binder, and adding organic solvent to form a body colloid to prepare silicon-carbon electrode sheet, (ii) drying the silicon carbon electrode sheet under vacuum conditions, (iii) placing the carbon silicon electrode sheet in an electron beam evaporation device, and vacuuming to less than 8x 10-4 Pa, (iv) performing metal evaporation of the silver raw material in the electron beam evaporation device, and covering the silver raw material on the silicon-carbon electrode sheet to obtain the silicon-carbon-silver composite negative electrode. USE - The method is used for preparing lithium-ion battery silicon-carbon-silver composite negative electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems of not being able to better improve the conductivity, first coulombic efficiency and cycle performance of silicon-carbon material, low utilization rate of silver, high cost, complex process and difficulty in mass production.
